Big When I Was Little;
Me and Eliza go way back; I have her first album and judging by this single, I will most probably be getting the second one too. It's an extremely relevant track to my life at the moment but I think even if it wasn't, the hook would have got me singing anyway. I always appreciate the use of big band instruments so the little brass injections mixed within the typical catchy pop backing track make a perfect summer song. It's also delightful to have a break from the 'belters' to the warm and soft vocals Eliza always provides. If you want a catchy song to quickly get obsessed with, this is the one. The lyrics are quite funny too!
